Privacy Policy

We know, no one likes reading the small print! However, please do check out this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using our website. This Privacy Policy informs you how we collect and use the personal information (“Personal Data”) you provide in your dealings with ‘Love to b’.

We are committed to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of your information and always ensure we act in a careful, sensible manner in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice – when we do, we will amend the “Last Updated” date below. It is therefore important that you regularly review this Privacy Policy to ensure you are aware of any changes.

All Personal Data collected by this website is in the control of Julie Astley Weston, owner of ‘Love to b’. When submitting a form or paying for products on this website, the submitted data is sent to ‘Love to b’. We will only use this data to contact you in relation to your enquiry or to process your order. Access to data collected is limited to Julie Astley Weston and members of the ‘Love to b’ team who require that data to perform their duties.

‘Love to b’ will not share your Personal Data with third parties without having first obtained your permission. We will only disclose your personal information, without your permission or notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith or belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us.
  • Protect and defend our lawful rights and property.
  • Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our customers and the public.

We do not currently monitor or record your calls, emails or other communications to us, but this may take place in accordance with UK law and in particular for business purposes, such as for quality control and training and in order to prevent or detect crime. We will always inform you if a recording is to be made.

We use Google Analytics to improve our site and tailor it to our customers’ needs. Google servers automatically record the page requests made when you visit our site. These “server logs” typically include your web request, the type of device you are using to access the Internet (e.g. whether you are using a mobile device or not), your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request.

We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes, we cannot recognise you from the records we hold and cannot access your computer or any information about you. You can find out more about the tool we use for this and how it works on the Google Analytics website.

‘Love to b’ uses WooCommerce to process your shopping basket. Please note that we do not collect or process your credit or debit card details ourselves. Our default payment processing service provider is Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (‘Stripe’), with the option for you to use PayPal (Europe) Ltd (‘PayPal’) at checkout by selecting their service. Both these payment service providers collect and process card details on our behalf, governed by their respective terms and conditions. See and for more information. The use of a Stripe and PayPal integration means that all payments are PCI compliant.
